  • Springhill Cottage and Springhill Studio offer check in from 4:00pm and check out by 11:00am. Champredon offers check in from 4:00pm and check out by 10:00am.

  • All properties offer convenient self check in via a secure lockbox. Full arrival instructions will be sent before your stay.

  • Minimum stay requirements may vary depending on the property and season. Please check the booking calendar for specific details.

  • Springhill Studio is our most romantic retreat, designed for two guests and offering beautiful views across Nidderdale.

  • Springhill Cottage is ideal for couples, small families and guests travelling with dogs, while Champredon is perfect for larger family gatherings and group holidays.

  • Springhill Studio sleeps 2 guests, Springhill Cottage sleeps up to 4 guests and Champredon accommodates up to 15 guests.

  • Both Springhill Cottage and Springhill Studio are powered by renewable energy and are designed to help guests enjoy the countryside responsibly.

The Properties

  • Yes. Springhill Cottage, Springhill Studio and Champredon are all dog friendly properties. We kindly ask that guests inform us in advance if they plan to bring their dog and supervise them at all times. Please respect neighbouring properties and livestock in surrounding fields.

  • All properties welcome up to two dogs.

  • Absolutely. At Springhill Farm, guests have access to surrounding fields and beautiful countryside walks, including routes around Brimham Rocks and the Yorkshire Dales. At Champredon, you'll find extensive woodland trails, meadows and peaceful countryside perfect for exploring with your dog.

  • We offer a dog sitting service at Springhill Cottage, Springhill Studio, and Champredon - subject to availability.

Pets

  • Yes. Complimentary WiFi is available at all properties.

  • Yes. Free private parking is available at each property.

  • Yes. Fresh bed linen and towels are included for all guests.

  • Selected properties provide travel cots and high chairs. Please let us know your requirements before arrival.

Springhill Cottage

  • Yes. The studio features a unique suspended wood burning stove, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere.

  • Yes. Guests have access to a private patio area with outdoor seating and countryside views.

  • Yes. The studio includes a dedicated workspace, making it ideal for remote working or longer stays.

  • No. The studio does not include a washing machine or tumble dryer.

Springhill Studio

  • Champredon comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests across seven bedrooms, making it ideal for large families and group holidays.

  • The outdoor swimming pool is typically available from 1 May to 20 September, weather permitting.

  • Yes. We strongly recommend having your own transport during your stay, especially if arriving via Limoges Airport.

  • Lac de Vassivière is approximately 9km away and offers swimming, paddleboarding, sailing, cycling, hiking and many other outdoor activities.

  • Yes. Additional outdoor tables and seating can be provided on request to accommodate larger groups.

Champredon, France

Location & Activities

  • Both Springhill Cottage and Springhill Studio are located approximately one mile from Brimham Rocks, one of Yorkshire's most spectacular National Trust attractions.

  • Yes. The Yorkshire Dales and Nidderdale National Landscape offer outstanding walking opportunities for all abilities.

  • Absolutely. Yorkshire is renowned for road cycling and hosted both the Tour de France Grand Départ and the UCI Road World Championships.

  • Guests can enjoy walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, sailing and exploring the beautiful forests and countryside of La Creuse.

Safety & Accessibility

  • Yes. All properties are equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms and essential safety equipment.

  • For security purposes, CCTV operates around the main farmhouse entrance at Springhill Farm. There are no cameras inside any property or within private guest spaces.
