Sleeping up to 15 guests, the property combines traditional French character with modern comforts across three spacious floors. Spend your days relaxing by the private outdoor swimming pool, enjoying long alfresco meals in the gardens, exploring woodland trails on your doorstep, or discovering the nearby Lac de Vassivière, one of France's largest and most beautiful lakes.

Champredon is a privately owned family home located within a small and peaceful hamlet in rural France. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours and the tranquillity of the surrounding countryside throughout their stay.
The property features a private swimming pool, extensive grounds and woodland areas. Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around the pool and outdoor spaces. The pool is available seasonally from May to September.
Due to the property's rural location, we recommend guests travel by car to make the most of the local area and nearby attractions. Please note that while the house offers many modern comforts, it does not have air conditioning or a tumble dryer.
Champredon is a place to relax, reconnect and enjoy nature. As such, parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted. We ask all guests to treat the property with care so that future visitors can enjoy it as much as you do.
Please note: Availability is limited as Champredon is the owners' private second home and is only available to book for selected weeks each year.
